Como Stands Manager, tu misión será liderar el equipo de islas o puntos de venta Bold a nível nacional, diseñar una estrategia para mantener la motivación y cumplir las metas del área y tomar decisiones con base en la data existente.

**Deberás**
- Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia del área para cumplir con las metas definidas a nível compañía.
- Tener la planta completa y tomar decisiones de rotación y/o retención del personal a cargo.
- Proponer movimientos estratégicos con base en la data de dónde deben ir la isla, si hay una que se debe cerrar, si debemos rotar los ejecutivos, o vale la pena invertir en publicidad de forma contínua.
- Tener excelente relación con todos los administradores de las islas a nível nacional.
- Tomar decisiones inteligentes de en qué invertir el presupuesto del área para maximizar los ingresos.
- Capacitar al equipo que tiene a cargo en los temas relevantes de la compañía, así como en habilidades blandas.
- Hacer presentaciones con los resultados del área, basadas en data, experiência, y cualquier otro ítem relevante.
- Analizar los reportes a diario y persuadir al equipo de forma asertiva para cumplir las metas.
- Definir incentivos a realizar cada mes que generen alto impacto.
- Participar proactivamente con los product managers en la definición de nuevos features.

Requisitos.

Profesional en carreras administrativas, marketing, económicas o afines, deseable con postgrado, inglés y herramienta de excel requisito indispensable.
