The **CD Administrative Specialist Analytics** is in charge of provide an integral service to the Commercial Team giving the appropriate information about daily sales progress towards monthly/quarterly objectives, main sales KPIs, and sales estimates and quotas, looking for the best decision making to achieve the Company's growth and profitability, including all the 4 countries for the Andean Region.

**What you will do**
- Support the Implementation of Analytics Plan, participating in simplification report process, building the data Lake and automation / visualization using global IT tools like DOMO.
- Create new visualization and analytics according to Colgate needs to support the decision making process and strategic scenarios to growth
- Listing Administration for Colombia, Perú, Ecuador, Bolivia
- Lead Pricats, Logyca and homologation
- Responsible for Quality requirements, requests and new segmentations and enhancements in customers data
- To support Business Plans, Contests and T&C for customer compliance, regarding IT & Pharmacies
- Understanding and managing business plans and goals for incentive payments
- Support main business review presentation helping to understand consumption behaviors according with Sell in and sell out of our customer.

**What you need**
- Bachelor Degree Business administration, Industrial Engineers, economy, Marketing, system technique International Business or Statistics
- English Intermediate
- Excel advanced
- Creative & curious
- Analytical skills, sense for details & accuracy
- Organized & Efficient & Reliable
- Planning/Priority Settings
- Previous experience in data analytics/insights or related field (2+ Years)
- Evident Data Science experience is a Plus
- SQL must
- Python is a plus
