About the Opportunity
This position is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnostics, housekeeping, and repairs on buildings, not limited to building mechanical systems, plumbing, and electrical grid for assigned properties. It is also responsible for handling consumables and supervising cleaning and handyman services.- Conducts physical inspections of the facility, grounds, premises, hallways, common areas, restrooms, etc. noting anything that might be in need of repair, maintenance, clean-up, or is a hazard and reports same to the appropriate team for resolution.- Ensure that the building is on optimal cleanliness conditions.- Supervise handyman services for assigned buildings when conducting minor repairs to the facilities and premises as assigned including painting, patching, office and kitchen equipment, furniture, walls, ceiling tiles, carpeting, floor tiles, etc.- Prioritize work orders and/or tickets. Handle urgent requests, respond to tenant and client inquiries related to facilities as required.- Communicate constantly with assigned building’s Property management company to follow up on building projects and requests.- Ensure your assigned building has the necessary consumables at all times, while staying on budget.
About you- Bachelor's in Engineering or related.- 3 years of experience in infrastructure facility maintenance.- Proficient in English.- Availability to work On-Site (WeWork Usaquén) M-F.- Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.-
- Must possess a high level of accuracy and neatness- Must be physically capable of performing the duties of the position including bending, squatting, stretching and lifting up to 25 pounds on a regular basis.
