**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Assist in processing orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Provide product knowledge and support to customers, helping them make informed decisions.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and service techniques.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in customer service or client services is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- 5+ years prior experience in sales or customer support is advantageous.
