**PROGRAM COORDINATOR**

Are you passionate about making a global impact? We're seeking a talented, impact-oriented Program Coordinator to join our team on a short-term contract. In this role, you'll:

- Design, implement, and manage a comprehensive entrepreneurship curriculum that empowers micro-entrepreneurs worldwide
- Work closely with global partners, educational institutions, and stakeholders to create innovative learning experiences that enhance entrepreneurial skills and foster sustainable business growth

Since our inception, we have been integrating volunteers into worthy nonprofits and charities around the world. Every year our volunteers travel or work remotely on projects in collaboration with communities in Africa, South America, Europe, and Asia.

- **WHAT YOU’LL LOVE DOING**_

**Entrepreneurship Curriculum Design & Development**
- Develop a comprehensive and culturally relevant curriculum focused on innovation and entrepreneurship for micro-entrepreneurs in different global regions.
- Integrate practical business skills, market research, financial literacy, digital tools, and sustainability concepts into the curriculum.
- Create diverse learning materials including online modules, guides, toolkits, videos, and interactive activities.

**Stakeholder Engagement**
- Collaborate with global stakeholders including local NGOs, educational institutions, government agencies, and private sector partners.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and customize the curriculum accordingly.
- Build partnerships to extend the reach and impact of the program.

**Research & Development**
- Stay updated on global trends in innovation, entrepreneurship, and digital learning.
- Incorporate new methodologies and technologies to enhance the curriculum.

**Monitoring & Evaluation**
- Support the Program Manager in facilitating the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) of all programs
- Regularly review feedback and performance data to improve the curriculum.
- Support the Program Manager in updating the Organizational Impact Measurement Framework (OIMF) and reporting on relevant data

**Volunteer Program Facilitation**
- Support the team in leading in-person volunteer programs
- Reporting to the Program Manager and Executive Director in this capacity, this is the job description for this component of the job:

- **WHAT SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS YOU’LL NEED TO GET THE JOB DONE**_
- Excellent written and verbal communications in both English and Spanish
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business, International Development, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in program coordination, curriculum development, or entrepreneurship training
- Experience working at or alongside a Start Up Bootcamp is an asset, but not a requirement
- Strong understanding of the challenges faced by micro-entrepreneurs in developing economies.
- Strong ability to create and improve processes, systems, and frameworks
- Proven experience in research and analysis
- Must be a quick thinker, have a proactive mindset, and be a creative problem solver
- Adaptable and able to navigate change in a continuously evolving and fast-paced environment
- Passion for missions - international development/ volunteering/ social impact/ teaching, etc. is a plus
