**Mission/Purpose**

As an SEO Growth Strategist, you will optimize and manage client campaigns to achieve stellar performance, leveraging your expertise to ensure exceptional results. From crafting strategies to refining technical details, your role will help businesses rank higher, attract more leads, and grow effectively.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **research** to align strategies with client goals.
- Develop and implement **SEO strategies** to improve search rankings.
- Perform **on-page SEO**, including heading tags, title tags, ALT text, schema, and internal linking.
- Execute **off-page SEO**, such as building and managing backlinks and citations.
- Manage and optimize **Google Business Profiles** for local visibility.
- Create and refine **content briefs** to align with SEO objectives.
- Organize and oversee **content silos** for optimal performance.
- Regularly review and update client **Google Analytics** and **Google Search Console** data.
- Monitor technical performance using tools like **PageSpeed Insights** to ensure websites meet speed and usability standards.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: At least 2 years of hands-on SEO experience (SEO expert status is a major plus).
- **Tech Skills**: Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and others listed below (training provided if needed).
- **Mindset**: Passionate about SEO, adaptable to feedback, and committed to growth long-term in the SEO industry.

**Compensation**
- **Salary**: $1,500-$2,200 USD per month (based on experience and expertise).

**Work Schedule**:

- **8-hour shifts Monday - Friday,** but must be able to work at least **4 hours between the hours of 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST**.
