**_ About this role_**
**_ Your Responsibilities_**
- Lead and oversee daily operations for the Teads Colombia organization.
- Develop and execute a strategy designed to build and grow the business
- Forecast, lead and deliver revenue and profit targets
- Coordinate the development of key performance goals for all functions and direct reports
- Lead the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives
- Oversee the quality and successful delivery of Teads' offerings to customers
- Engage strategically with key clients or targeted client activities
- Lead and support all hiring and talent development programs
- Motivate, lead and manage different teams, working collaboratively to provide performance that meets the client's business objectives.
- Drive the vision around marketing; look for new ideas, trends, and innovation that help us outperform industry competitors.
- Establish the vision and strategy of the team together with the development and management of clients and projects.
- Identify and develop new potential business opportunities.
- Make detailed and high-level sales, publishers or industry events presentations (public speaking skills needed)
**_Requirements_**
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience leading digital advertising sales teams or Ad tech businesses with a strong sales team.
- Strong skills in Relationships with clients.
- Strong skills in leadership.
- Create new business and sign new deals
- Business fluent in English is a must.
- Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches
- Passionate, energic, Energized, strong verbal and communication skills.
- Results-oriented and proactive.
- It is super important that you have an entrepreneurial attitude and mentality.
**_A little bit about you:_**
- True sales leader DNA with a General Manager mentality and proven experience in Digital Media within adtech, martech, or similar.
- Very strong senior leadership skills, with extensive experience leading high performing sales and account management teams
- Strong track record of leading, motivating, recruiting, and retaining a sales organization
- Proven performance of consistently delivering business results in a high growth environment
- Client-side sales and account strategy experience, across multiple verticals (retail, Auto, CPG, finance)
- Influential connections and relationships within the Advertising industry, and with major brands
- Proven track record of prospecting and signing multi-million dollars annual deals
- Expert knowledge of media agencies, both on a holding company and operating agency level
- Experience building go to market strategy and executing with multi-product adtech
- Ability to operate and influence in a matrix organization
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product teams to develop and launch products
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to rapidly learn new technologies and take advantage of new concepts
- Experience managing complex, interdepartmental, and global projects.
