As a Support Engineer at CloudKitchens, you will be part of the Building Engineering team that is designing and delivering advanced systems and components that form the functional basis of our CSS facilities. In your role, you will work closely with a multi-disciplinary internal team. Once a facility is live, you will utilize the engineering tools available to you to provide remote support to the Operations & Facility Management teams who manage and oversee the day-to-day operations & maintenance of our facilities. While there are currently loose systems & processes in place, you will be expected to further develop & continuously improve upon them to better suit ever evolving company / team needs.

**What you'll do**
- Provide support to Ops & Facility Managers, who oversee the day to day operations and maintenance of our facilities
- Read construction drawings & plansets to become familiar with a facility's design & provide guidance to employees onsite
- Utilize BMS to track & prioritize equipment alarms
- Create service channel tickets for equipment that requires in-person diagnostics & troubleshooting via internal technicians or 3rd party technicians
- Proactively test equipment using BMS & escalate any deficiencies.

**What we're looking for**
- Degreed Mechanical Engineer with experience in HVAC/Building design/Building control & automation
- Ability to read construction drawing sets and find specific information
- Demonstrated problem solving ability
- Organized & self-motivated
- BMS and HVAC classes experience is a plus plus plus
