**Finance and Accounting Recruiter**
**Poblado Medellin Colombia**
**Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions**

Our ideal **Finance and Accounting Recruiter** will be an individual seeking a change from the corporate rigors of senior finance or accounting roles with a passion for recruiting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Have fun with the recruiting process.
- Accompany Business Development executives on client visits
- Analyze the market and identify new trends and opportunities to advance ttg’s mission.
- Manage the recruiting process including prospecting, screening, coordinating interviews, and administration of the ATS
- Extensive use of social media (LinkedIn) and other networking platforms
- Conduct reference/background checks, as needed.
- Make recommendations for hire and communicate important employment information during delivery of employment offers (i.e. benefits, compensation, etc.)
- Build and maintain relationships with key internal business partners and externally for networking and referrals.
- Provide timely progress updates on prospecting, interviews, and placement activity.

**Requirements**:

- Strong Interpersonal, Communication, and Analytical Skills
- Ability to innovate and possess a passion for continuous learning.
- Former operational experience with **Big-4 companies** or corporate finance or accounting experience.
- Ability to establish rapport and ability to capture the attention of our Senior Executives from our client companies.
- CPA, MBA highly desirable
- Must be a high-energy, proactive individual that can function in a fast-paced office
- Ability to work efficiently with mínimal supervision.

INDR

Pay: $3,500,000 - $5,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Medellín, Antioquia: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
