**We are searching the best talent for **Global Learning Administration Team Lead **to be in Bogotá, Colombia**

**Purpose**:As the Learning Administration lead, you will foster a culture of outstanding operational standards, continuous improvement, and collaborative teamwork, enhancing our organization's learning and employee experiences.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Guide and support a team of Learning Administrators for outstanding service delivery.
- Efficiently handle daily team activities and ticket queues.
- Mentor team members on strategies and modern learning administration standards.
- Collaborate with pour partners for service satisfaction and improvement insights.
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures through streamlined Quality Assurance (QA) tools.
- Lead or participate in exciting project collaborations with partners.
- Monitor emerging trends and spot opportunities for enhancing processes.
- Encourage innovative ideas from team members and identify growth prospects.
- Champion transparent communication across teams and stakeholders, addressing concerns promptly.
- Encourage a collaborative atmosphere through open dialogue and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Demonstrate integrity and build trusted relationships with customers and partners.
- Assume accountability for tasks and initiatives, ensuring their efficient and accurate execution.
- Maintain a professional work environment, prioritizing exceptional customer service.

**Required qualifications**:

- 5+ years of dynamic experience in learning administration, learning helpdesk, or HR systems.
- Proficiency in LMS administration, especially with Cornerstone OnDemand, Success Factors, or other HR systems.
- Advanced understanding of talent-related and Service Center/Helpdesk technologies.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to tackle operational challenges with enthusiasm.
- Receptive to feedback, adept at team collaboration, and passionate about coaching and development.
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience in a dynamic organizational setting within a quality environment and the health sciences industry.
- Strong communication and a proven grasp of operational excellence and improvement methodologies.

**Preferred qualifications**:
1. Familiarity with the LMS landscape and broader HR community.
- Strong experience with the Windows suite, ticketing systems, and LMS.
