**What the day will look like**
- The IT MA&D Project Manager is responsible for overall project management activities for medium to large sized projects in the US and Canada, with medium to high complexity, scope, and financial impact. Responsible for ensuring project is delivered on time, within budget, and meeting project success criteria. Leverages the firm’s Corporate Development and IT MA&D framework, playbook, field guides and processes, develops and maintains project charter, project plans, and other project management deliverables. Responsible for setting timelines and monitoring task progress, budget tracking, resource allocation, risk assessment, and issue management. Escalates issues to leadership as needed. Provides project status reports to leadership and key stakeholders. Also is responsible for leading due diligence activities, including final reports and cost to achieve documentation and budgets. _
- _Leads the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT integration and separation projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met across multiple regions and functions_
- _ Actively supports due diligence processes by gathering critical IT data, assessing deal impacts, and developing detailed integration/separation plans, including cost and synergy tracking_
- _ Facilitates meetings, communicates progress and risks to stakeholders, and ensures alignment with business objectives and deal parameters_
- _ Identifies deviations in scope, cost, or timing, proposes corrective actions, and escalates critical issues to decision-makers when necessary_
- _ Collaborates with legal, finance, and corporate development teams to review and support IT-related aspects of contracts, including TSA and Purchase Agreements_
- _ Manages domestic and international projects that drive system standardization, shared services implementation, and post-M&A organizational restructuring._

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- _ 5-8 years of experience in similar roles as an IT Project Manager, especially in complex corporate environments and integration or separation projects_
- _ Certification in agile methodologies is desirable or experience as a Scrum Master_
- _ Advanced English proficiency is essential for coordinating with global teams._
