As we launch our Medellín office, you'll be right at the center of building relationships that drive real innovation and create opportunities worldwide. **Position Summary**: As our Graphic Designer in Medellín, you will be the creative force behind our client-facing communications, transforming complex information and strategic goals into compelling, clear, and professional visuals. You'll play a vital role in supporting our business development efforts by designing high-impact presentations, proposals, marketing collateral, and other materials that effectively convey Allogy's value and the impact of our partnerships. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of branding, and the ability to create informative and appealing graphics and layouts primarily for print and digital documents. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**: **Visual Content Creation** - Design and produce a wide range of materials, including presentations, proposals, brochures, one-pagers, case studies, infographics, and social media graphics. - Develop visually engaging layouts for documents and reports. - Create original graphics, icons, and illustrations that enhance our messaging. **Brand Consistency** - Make sure all visual materials adhere to Allogy's brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in style, typography, and imagery. - Contribute to the evolution and refinement of our visual brand identity as needed. **Collaboration** - Work closely with the Business Development Specialist (BDS) to understand project requirements, target audiences, and key messages for client-facing materials, - Collaborate with US-based teams and other stakeholders to ensure design alignment and meet project objectives, - Support the Sales Support team members by meeting the visual needs of any administrative and internal documents. **Project Management** - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, meeting deadlines and quality standards, - Organize and maintain a library of design assets and templates. **Technical Execution** - Prepare files for print and digital distribution that are formatted correctly and meet necessary specifications, - Stay up-to-date on current design trends, tools, and best practices. **QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE** - Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe, Figma), - Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and visual hierarchy, - Ability to translate complex concepts and data into clear, engaging visuals, - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work, - Experience working with brand guidelines and maintaining visual consistency, - Good communication skills in English and Spanish, with the ability to understand briefs and articulate design decisions, - Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple projects concurrently, - Experience designing for B2B or corporate environments is a plus, - Familiarity with presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote) and the ability to enhance their visual appeal. **WHAT WE OFFER** - Competitive salary and benefits package.
