Nokia’s People organization is responsible for leading a business-driven people strategy and offering people and workplace services to all Nokia employees. We partner closely with the business to provide a motivated and engaged workforce that is fit for the future.

**What you will learn and contribute to**

The Data Management Specialist provides professional expertise to carry out assignments/projects to specify systems and/or implement.

This professional delivers/maintains and improves People products and services, as directed, OR provides generalist expertise and support to a group of employees in the implementation and delivery of People practices.

**As part of our team, you will**:

- Provide PEOPLE services and support.
- Act as an expert of SAP/People tool/s, providing support to internal customer related to People tools.
- Create, maintain and modify employee information and data in PEOPLE tools; and be responsible for the execution of all transactions in SAP according to guidelines & processes
- Ensure the quality of PEOPLE data and PEOPLE products, tools, and process implementation.
- Create reports using different PEOPLE databases.
- Be assigned to special roles and participate in projects related to implementation of PEOPLE tools.
- Follow all Nokia Information Security policies and guidelines including ISMS (ISO27001 program)
- Follow all Nokia Policy and compliance processes while performing daily role and responsibilities

**Your skills and experience**

**You have**:

- English language fluency
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office functionalities.
- Good analytical skills
- Knowledge and previous experience in HR processes and in SAP/ Other People tools.

**It would be nice if you also had**:

- Teamwork attitude and good coordination skills
- Experience with quality controls and ability to adopt, maintain & process transactions with good quality
- Capability to manage bulk data exchanges and data analysis in a smooth way
