Marsh LAC has an exciting opportunity, for the role **Regional Marketing Growth Business Partner**. This role will be based in Bogotá, Colombia.
**What can you expect?**
The **Regional Practice Marketing**is responsible for developing and managing the growth marketing strategy for our different practices and line of business. The regional Practice Marketing role will work closely with our regional and local Marketing teams, as well as with the different Practices/LOB leaders to develop and implement marketing and communications strategies and programs that drive business growth and client engagement, consistent with Marsh McLennan’s local/regional/global strategies.
The **Regional Practice Marketing**is a key member of the marketing team and reports directly to the regional **Head of Marketing for the Risks business**. The new team member should have a highly collaborative and proactive approach, to work closely with other professionals and ensure that all marketing initiatives are in line with the Marsh McLennan brand and consistent across all channels.
**We will rely on you to**:
- Provide expert guidance and support in marketing and communications to business leaders within Marsh McLennan.
- ** Brand positioning**: Strengthen Marsh McLennan brand, reputation and positioning as the industry’s thought leader in risk, people and strategy areas, through integrated marketing campaigns, including digital content, websites, social media, industry events, public relations, sales collateral, advertising and sponsorships.
- ** Sales Enablement**: Drive a marketing strategy aligned with the go-to-market strategy and reinforce Marsh McLennan’s differentiation in the marketplace. Formulate innovative ways to position and promote Marsh McLennan solutions/products that drive growth, increase sales and support client retention. Define lead generation campaigns (paid, organic) targeted events, and internal growth initiatives, support of industry associations and centers of influence aligned under the go to market strategy. Support sales/pipeline development through execution of effective reporting, analysis and metrics to maximize ROI. Engage internal clients (business and sales colleagues) with marketing strategy through compelling internal communications.
**What you need to have**:
- Bachelor’s degree required (preference for Marketing and Advertising, Mass Communications).
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in marketing and communications management with a thorough knowledge of marketing principles, digital (Online, Offline) strategies and communications.
- Experienced in working in insurance industry.
- Outstanding communication skills in English

- Strategic decision-making capabilities and leadership mindset.
- Having a broad understanding of the advertising and media ecosystem, which covers B2B offline and online campaigns, would be greatly appreciated.
- Proved experience managing agency partners & platform vendors
- Analytic and sales driven skills
