**We’re Hiring: IT Recruiter (Fixed-Term Contract)**

Based in our Bogotá office, we are looking for our next **IT Recruiter (Fixed-Term Contract)**.

✨ In this role, you will:

- Manage the **full recruitment cycle** for IT roles (Developers, Engineers, Automation Specialists).
- Source top IT talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networks.
- Support employer branding initiatives focused on tech talent.

What we’re looking for:

- 2+ years of experience in **IT recruitment / technical talent acquisition**.
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with platforms like **LinkedIn Recruiter & ATS**.
- Understanding of technical roles (development, cloud, automation).
- Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related.
- **English proficiency (B2+)**.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and dynamic professional.
