The Controller will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and compliance. This role requires strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, real estate accounting, and excellent English communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all accounting operations, including month-end and year-end closings.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with U.S. GAAP.
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Supervise and support the accounting team (senior and junior accountants).
- Ensure compliance with U.S. tax regulations and coordinate with external CPA firms.
- Oversee general ledger activities, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Provide financial insight and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Maintain internal controls and implement process improvements.
- Monitor company financial performance and KPIs.
- Assist with audits, both internal and external.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in a controller or similar leadership role.
- Proven experience with U.S.based companies, ideally in the real estate industry.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Strong knowledge of real estate accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
