Financial Controller – Bogotá, D.C. Full‑time on‑site role located in Bogotá, D.C. The Financial Controller will be responsible for preparing and maintaining financial statements, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, managing accounting tasks, overseeing financial reporting, and performing financial analysis for informed decision‑making. The role requires collaboration with cross‑functional teams and leadership to monitor and improve financial processes while ensuring accountability and accuracy. Responsibilities Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations Manage day‑to‑day accounting tasks Oversee financial reporting processes Conduct financial analysis to support decision‑making Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and leadership to improve financial processes Qualifications Proficiency in financial statements preparation and financial reporting Strong accounting knowledge and skills Sharp analytical skills and expertise in finance Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Strong organizational and time‑management abilities Proficiency in financial software and tools Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or another relevant field Relevant certifications such as CPA or equivalent are advantageous Experience working in the non‑profit sector is preferred but not mandatory Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Accounting / Auditing and Finance Industries Non‑profit Organizations #J-18808-Ljbffr
