We are currently seeking qualified administrative assistants. You’re responsible for working with senior administrators and product managers to perform outstanding experiences.

**What you will do**:

- Execute strategies under the guidance of sales administrator.
- Assist and support administrative personnel in achieving outcomes and goals.
- Assist sales administrator in preparing data and performing data entry.
- Answer and respond to customer needs and objectives.
- Organize and arrange meetings and conferences.
- Coordinate with marketing teams in reaching set goals and objectives.
- Maintain and manage customer databases.
- Update customer database with sales orders, delivery, and payment details.
- Coordinate between sales and production departments.
- Initiate best practices and standards in providing administrative assistance to sales staff.

**Who you are**:

- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- 1+ years of experience as administrative assistant, customer service or similar role
- Experience working with diverse, cross-functional teams
- Experience participating in research and data entry activities
- Experience developing ideas that address customer and business problems
- Examples of critical thinking, creativity, and idea generation in design projects
