We are very excited to announce that one of our premium partners is looking** in Colombia for a Technical Project Manager**. **Get to work for a US Based digital engineering company focused on delivering expert services and products to help enterprises achieve their transformation goals. We solve the analytics, AI, and cloud puzzle, enabling businesses to drive unmatched innovation and growth.

**Travel requirements**:Once a month for a week at client location in Panama for a total of 4-6 months

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible to manage and deliver the technical solution to support an organization’s vision and strategic direction.
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project requirements.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans to effectively manage project timelines and resources.
- Ability to multi task, prioritize & lead projects for multiple clients simultaneously
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
- Monitor project progress and performance, and communicate status updates to stakeholders regularly including Executives
- Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness.
- Foster a collaborative team environment, providing leadership and support to project team members.
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices.
- Able to lead knowledge transfer & hand over sessions to Latin American technical team working with English speaking delivery team

**Qualifications & Prior Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical project management roles.
- Mastery in English & Spanish language in both written & oral communication
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in Big Data & cloud domain
- Managed/ delivered and implemented complex projects dealing with considerable data size (TB/ PB) and with high complexity
- Open to Travel to client locations as per Business needs in LATAM area
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, Client handling and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external clients.
- Experience in handling migration projects - Good to Have
- PMP or other project management certifications are a plus
