¿Qué buscamos?
Nível de inglés B2 - C1. Experiência en llamadas entrantes y salientes. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales. Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y organización. Experiência previa en servicio al cliente. Persona motivada, extrovertida y adecuada para una cultura colaborativa.
**Responsabilidades**:
Brindar excelente atención al cliente vía teléfono, correo electrónico y chat en vivo.
Asumir la responsabilidad de problemas complejos de clientes y escalarlos cuando sea necesario.
Dirigir a los clientes a los departamentos correspondientes.
Proporcionar información detallada sobre productos y servicios.
Resolver problemas de los clientes de manera rápida y profesional.
Mantener un alto nível de satisfacción del cliente mediante comunicación efectiva.
Desarrollar e implementar estrategias para retener clientes.
Ubicación: Barranquilla, Atlántico.
