**THE ROLE**
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Providing support for our customers (sport federations & leagues around the world), who are using Genius Sports products
- Prioritizing and solving problems
- Providing required information for other team members or departments
- Sharing your knowledge within the team
- Completing additional tasks assigned by the line manager.
**REQUIRED SKILLS**
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Strong problem solving skills
- Responsibility and dedication
- Passion for sports
- Knowledge/experience with modern IT solutions
- Previous client support experience would be considered as a bonus.
