The Head of Recruiting will work to achieve strategic hiring and diversity & inclusion goals and will be instrumental in shaping our employer brand. **Responsibilities** - Developing and implementing recruiting strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs. - Leading a team of recruiters and driving efficiency and results in the hiring process. - Leveraging recruitment analytics to monitor, improve, and streamline recruitment operations. - Meeting strategic hiring and diversity & inclusion goals.
