We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Scientist to join our SP&A Team. In this essential role, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing machine learning models. Your work will have a direct impact on optimizing customer outcomes and business performance. If you are passionate about developing world-class ML models and want to contribute to a cutting-edge tech startup, then we want to hear from you.

Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:
- Translate requirements of business teams into efficient data solutions - Develop Machine Learning models aligned with the business needs.- Work comfortably with large data sets and being able to deploy data systems for predictive and prescriptive models.- Create machine learning pipelines designed to be in production (Own the full lifecycle of ML models from data-wrangling to getting it into production)- Work closely with the data infrastructure team to ensure seamless integration of machine learning models with our existing systems and data pipelines.- Continuously monitor ML models, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing necessary changes.- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our ML capabilities remain competitive and cutting-edge.

Bien y ahora, ¿Cuáles son los requisitos para que yo sea parte de este universo de neón?- BSc or MSc in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a focus on Data Science.- 2+ years of experience developing Machine Learning models.- Strong proficiency in Python, with experience in ML libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.- Familiarity with data processing and ETL tools such as Airflow, Snowflake, Postgres.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a passion for optimizing algorithms and models for high performance.- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a diverse, cross-functional team.- Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is strongly preferred.
