Ubiquity Service is looking for a Test Engineer (English speaking) to work with business trips around South America (Travel allowances of each business trip days is additional pay salary). Ubiquity Service is an automotive technology service company with headquarters office in Warsaw, Poland (Relocation isn’t requested). The company provides customized, seamless and comprehensive technical support and testing for automotive companies entering the market.
**Responsibilities**:
Conduct end-to-end testing of automotive cockpit systems to ensure the proper functioning of various components and features.
Perform user interface testing to ensure that dashboards and other control elements adhere to user experience standards and provide smooth operation.
Test the connectivity of cockpit systems, including Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, navigation systems, etc., ensuring reliable connections in different scenarios.
Test driver assistance systems within the vehicle cockpit, including features like AEB, ACC, BSD, LDW, ELK, etc. (ADAS functions)
Test cockpit systems under various climate and environmental conditions, including temperature, humidity, and high-altitude scenarios, ensuring functionality in diverse situations.
Track and document issues identified during testing, compile detailed test reports, and communicate results to the development team and relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with other testing engineers, the development team, and product teams to ensure testing activities align with development and product requirements. (communication with English language)
**Skill requirements**:
A driver's license (category B, experience from 1.5 years);
Be prepared for business trips (staying outside your country from 2 to 12 weeks - all days during this period you will receive per diem, travel expenses will be covered by the company);
English not lower than B1 level (conversational level);
Experience in testing - will be an advantage;
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills;
Sensitivity to the automotive industry and awareness of the latest trends in cabin technology - will be an advantage.
