**Senior Product Designer**

Gorilla Logic is looking for a Senior Product Designer. This is a unique highly analytical and creative role, requiring strong UX design experience in leading and delivering all design aspects of a usable software product, including field experiences where users work from mobile devices and apps. Our environment will require you to work effectively with your teammates. But your success will be measured by how well you couple critical thinking with self-motivation, enthusiasm, and determination.

**Responsibilities**
- Design interfaces that seamlessly integrate Procore capabilities within third-party software products, leveraging both their Design System patterns and the Procore Design system, to ensure cross-platform consistency
- Work as an embedded member of a cross-functional agile product development team, collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, and other Product Designers to create solutions and detailed design requirements, based on research, and aligned with the product vision
- Articulate design decisions to a variety of audiences and stakeholders
- Partner with in-house UX research experts to support generative research and usability tests with Procore users
- Leverage the patterns, content, and solutions created by our Design System, Content Strategy, UX Research, and DesignOps teams

**Technical Requirements**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in graphic design, HCI, UX, a related area of study is

preferred, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience designing world-class B2B and/or SaaS products for technology companies
- Experience working with generative AI technologies and designing AI-driven interfaces is highly desirable
- A strong online portfolio with best-in-class work and inspiring projects that tackle interaction design problems
- Strong proficiency with leading design tools - Procore uses Figma
- Strong client-facing communication skills and experience communicating with a broad range of stakeholders
- Experience with leading discovery, validation, and user testing through varying methodologies in order to help teams make the right product and design decisions
- Advanced at articulating complex ideas, then documenting them (using appropriately chosen deliverables such as sketches, wireframes, prototypes, sitemaps, user flow, personas, and scenarios) to drive decisions
- Experience with mobile-first and responsive design
- Experience working directly with developers for implementation of designs
- Experience working with tripods on product teams (engineering and product leads) in order to help guide decisions and have a full understanding of the product
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving priorities and challenges
