Influencer Marketing: - Identify and engage with potential influencers that align with our brand values and goals. - Coordinate outreach efforts, including initiating contact, negotiating collaborations, and sending product samples. - Oversee and manage ongoing relationships with influencers, tracking campaign performance and ensuring deliverables are met. - Field Marketing: - Lead the recruitment, training, and management of brand ambassadors. - Organize and oversee field marketing activities and events, ensuring brand consistency and positive audience engagement. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement field marketing strategies.
