**Job Description**:
The product designer will lead the tactical approach to design iterations that allow for rapid prototyping as part of an ongoing collaboration with product team leads and developers; thus, creating an agile workflow that prioritizes creating the best user experience but also drives a strong working partnership across teams and disciplines.

In addition to conveying best-in-class UX methodologies, the product designer will distill both knowledge and expertise to elevate the capabilities of other team members. This designer is a natural leader who will bring equal passion to upskilling teammates by sharing insights as to how digital innovation can occur within the UX design process.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Product design deliverables
- Develop and own design delivery cadence schedule (i.e., within specific sprints “what” will be delivered)
- Refinement of current design process - advocate for and own the proper design delivery touchpoints for internal review and ensuing iterations
- Rapid Prototyping
- Implement methodologies to support within scope of team delivery cycles
- Own the execution of all rapid prototyping test collateral (design assets, interactivity, user test scripts, synthesis analysis, friction analysis, and documentation)
- Research and Test Capabilities
- Provide both direction and execution of test proposals (i.e., qualitative input derived from user interviews, quantitative information derived from beta-level prototypes, etc)
- Support development of Research and Test ROI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a return-on-investment approach for customer research (proactive input) and customer experience improvement actions (voice of customer action planning) to demonstrate the value of user testing
- Design System Customization
- Experience with design systems to provide case-specific components and other site-inclusive assets, fields, templates, and coded elements
- Advocate for necessary user flow remediation to account for platform integrations, different UI layers, and back-end logic

**Qualifications**:

- 2-5 years of experience in interactive design, information architecture or visual design
- Expert level proficiency with common design & prototyping software (i.e., Figma, Sketch/InVision, Axure, etc.)
- Experience in Agile delivery/development methods
- Experience leading teams (management, workshop-led, discipline coach, etc.)
- Experience in the creation of, or at minimum, co-authoring product design system
- Demonstrative knowledge of UX project road mapping/scope
- Demonstrative knowledge of conducting user test sessions
