Analytic Lead**

**About this job**

Coordinate independently end to end the consulting and development for the Assortment and Decision tree projects with the client and the internal team (Assortment and Decision tree Commercial, modeling). Have strong knowledge of Assortment and Decision tree solutions and be able to inspire junior team members to contribute on the development of the Analytics team. Building solid Partnerships with Nielsen’s clients by providing powerful Insights & Recommendations

**Responsibilities**
- Management of several projects simultaneously and complex or customized studies. Guide the team (Consultants and Interns) during the project execution, managing their workload and supporting them from end to end of the projects
- Guarantee a correct review of inputs and steps of the project process for all the projects with the rest of junior members.
- Build strong, clear and persuasive stories as deliverable reports by using an analytical flow, storytelling, Playbook and use of SCQA. Within its story telling is able to translate in a concrete, clear and persuasive way its headers, recommendations and conclusions.
- Anticipates potential issues of process or deliverables and is able to resolve by its own and make an action plan to reduce client impacts.
- Push integration with other Nielsen Solutions (RMS, CPS, MS, NSO, Spectra, other Practices, etc.) in order to delivery analysis with high level of integration
- Demonstrate solid knowledge of the Assortment and Decision tree portfolio and ability to link with other area´s solution
- Supervise new member work. Train new joiners and be able to lead certification programs.
- Ability to support Commercial Leaders and CBP to design the best proposals and make proposal sign off.
- Has a strong and effective client management by mail and in meetings and is able to become a trusted partner for it.
- Leads and executes in a proactive and efficient way the creation of metanalysis or thought leadership materials.
- Is proactive to challenge the clients about its objectives and business questions.
- Strong skills for presenting to a broader audience including top management and leads workshops.
**Qualifications**
- 4+ years in similar positions
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Marketing & Advertising
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
- Fluent English
- Good understanding of the client’s needs
- Excelent organizational and communication skills
- Presentation skills, attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills and insight generation
- Strong ability to manage projects and prioritize own workload to ensure delivery in line with commitments.
- Strong time management / project management skills.
- Able to effectively communicate in a cross-country environment
