Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the compliance efforts for Rappi’s entities in Colombia, Peru & Ecuador.- Provide weekly and monthly reports for the different business verticals regarding compliance with internal processes.- Ensure full local compliance with global and local policies regarding environmental, anti-bribery, anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, and other related matters.- Create with all business vertical managers automatic and manual processes to identify and monitor possible risks and contingencies that may arise with existing products and future ones.- Identify and implement, with the corresponding business verticals, all regulatory updates and modifications that impact the business.- Assist and develop high-standard mitigation actions to develop fraud prevention.- Support due diligence processes and financing rounds.- Participate in regulatory Affairs matters.

.Minimum requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in Compliance roles and/or regulatory analysis.- Experience developing and implementing compliance plans & policies.- Law degree.- Absolute fluency in Spanish and English is a must.- Reporting to Regional Compliance Officer and local Legal Managers (Colombia & Peru/Ecuador).- Proactive, analytic, persistent, and detail-oriented professional.- Passionate about the world of entrepreneurship and technology business.

Preferred requirements:
- International Certification in compliance is a plus.- Experience in tech and/or fintech companies.Tipo Empleador:
