We are looking for a driven marketing professional to join our global Performance Marketing team. This role offers the opportunity for you to have an immediate impact by managing the performance of different channels in one of our Performance Marketing teams, including Paid Search, Paid Social or Display. You’ll be at the forefront of leading analysis, solving complex problems, and making strategic recommendations to drive the business forward.

**What you’ll do**:

- ** **Push the limits of Rappi thinking on how to operate Performance Marketing channels with the goal of becoming best in class, leveraging automation to scale the program
- Ensure traffic acquired from different channels meets the ROI goals of our global campaigns
- Conduct in-depth analysis, gathering actionable insights from our various data sources to evaluate growth and find opportunity gaps.
- Collaborate with several cross-departmental teams and performance marketing peers on ideas, implement testing and evaluate results.
- Troubleshoot day-to-day issues across internal and external teams to arrive at solutions quickly.
- Build and present reports on channel performance and lead communication with regional and global leaders on business expectations

**Who you are**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher with strong analytical focus (Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, etc)
- 2-4 years of direct experience in Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Onboarding.
- Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be very comfortable with data analysis and able to use data to make decisions.
- Autonomy, self-motivation, hands-on attitude, and attention to detail characterize your style.
- Strong communication, presentation, and social skills. Be comfortable delivering presentations to senior-level executives.
- Team player that feels comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including key external media partners and internal teams.F
- Fluent in English and Spanish. Portuguese fluency is a strong plus
- Expert in MS Excel, Google Sheets; knowledge of SQL, Python, Power BI a plus
- Knowledge and/or experience of delivery industry a plus
- Working knowledge of analytics & tracking tools (e.g. Appsflyer, Amplitude, Singular) a plus
