**La Posición**

Estamos buscando al próximo cambio de juego que se una al equipo como **Business Analyst.** Para considerar este rol debes estar ubicado en **Latinoamérica**.**

**Requisitos**:
**Acerca del proyecto**
- ** GFT is currently the Lead Partner on JPMC’s Digital Transformation on different fronts including Thought Machine and Credit Cards. This is a position which will integrate the Credit Cards team. GFT has around 60 team members based primarily in Spain and US and also Brazil and Mexico**

**Responsabilidades**
- Interfunctional work within internal teams to solve and achive solutions to and for client's issues.
- Support the training process for new incoming clients/products.
- Work along with Product Owners to develop and prioritize the vision of the product in regards to Backlog and Operations.
- Daily colaboration within agile teams, clarifying details and responding to queries or questions in regards to direction or strategy, actively participating in Scrum Events and other planification activities as well.
- Develop, categorize and delete internal documentation.
- Observe data trendings that must show up and creat/maintain reports panels.
- Monitor the team performance and provide counseling in regards to any optimization needed in the process.
- Think independantly to achieve the solution for operative and technical issues.

**Must Have**:

- Banking Industry Experience: 8-10 years of experience
- At least 5 as a business analyst performing requirements gathering, elaboration, story creation, acceptance validation etc.
- Payments/Credit Cards projects experience
- Leadership Skills
- Experience in the banking domain, specifically cards
- Experience working in agile methodologies
- Experience with BDD and writing acceptance criteria in Gherkin
- Understanding of technology areas like API, Swagger, Postman / SoapUI
- English level at least C1

**Good to have**:

- Experience with BDD frameworks like Karate or cucumber
