**Proposito del Puesto**

El Asociado de cartera tanto en la oficina de Medellín Colombia como en la oficina de Tijuana México, tiene la responsabilidad de cumplir con las políticas de la compañía en materia de cuentas por cobrar, debe estar en constante comunicación con el supervisor en busca del mejoramiento profesional de sus funciones dentro de la organización.

**Responsabilidades**

  • El asociado debe cumplir con su horario de trabajo diario.
  • Debe apoyar con la aplicación de depósitos diaria.
  • El Asociado debe mantener su grupo de agencias en un monitoreo constante, esto incluye un seguimiento eficaz del Past Due y de las agencias inactivas a su cargo.
  • Diariamente debe estar disponible en la línea telefónica durante su turno de trabajo para atender los requerimientos de las agencias y estar en la capacidad de dar una solución al agente en la llamada.
  • El Asociado de cuentas por cobrar debe mantener una excelente disposición de servicio y estar en la búsqueda del mejoramiento constante.

**Calificaciones**

  • Excelente relaciones interpersonales.
  • Capacidad de trabajo en equipo, responsabilidad y toma de decisiones.
  • Educación formal: Carreras afines a Administración, Contaduría, Finanzas o similares.
  • Capacitación en servicio al cliente y clientes difíciles.

**Condiciones de Trabajo**

  • Los Asociados de cuentas por cobrar trabajan en la oficina de Viamericas Medellín y Viamericas Tijuana, ambos equipos están en constante comunicación y comparten información para mantener la unidad del equipo.
