You will work under the guidance of the Finance Manager or Senior Analyst to maintain finance transactions, data, systems and reporting. You will also collect data and perform detailed checks/controls.

You will

• Execute aspects of finance planning and performance management process and related financial decisions potentially including Annual Contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling and decision support for a focused scope within a region, business unit, country, Supply Chain, Mondelēz International Business Services or Corporate Finance team. You will also execute data collection and prepare data integrity checks
• Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment in your area of scope and ensure full compliance with our policies
• Execute ad hoc analyses and projects as requested by the Finance Manager or Senior Analyst
• Support projects to improve efficiencies and improvements to ways of working and embrace a mindset of continuous improvement
• Contribute to a high-performing Finance team. You will also invest in personal development and the development of your Finance peers

**What you need to know about this position**

• Responsable de proporcionar análisis financiero detallado, insights y soporte al equipo de ventas para optimizar el rendimiento, controlar los gastos y asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos financieros de la empresa. Este rol requiere un entendimiento profundo de las operaciones de ventas, el análisis de rentabilidad y la capacidad de traducir datos financieros en recomendaciones estratégicas.
• Participar en el desarrollo, implementación y ejecución de procesos de control para asegurar la sostenibilidad y la eficiencia de las operaciones.
• Colaborar en la documentación y la mejora continua de los procesos de control financiero.
• Elaborar informes mensuales/trimestrales/anuales sobre el rendimiento de las ventas por canal, cliente, producto y región.

• Título universitario en Finanzas, Contaduría Pública, Administración de Empresas o carrera afín.
• Inglés Avanzado

**Job specific requirements**

• Mínimo 6 meses de experiência en roles de análisis financiero, controlling o auditoría, preferiblemente en empresas de consumo masivo o retail.
• Experiência previa en áreas de Finance Sales Controlling y/o FP&A es deseable.
• Idealmente conocimiento con controles SOX, Revenue Recognition y Proceso.
• Manejo de SAP (deseable).
• Conocimiento de herramientas de análisis de datos (Excel avanzado, Power BI).
• Capacidad para interpretar y analizar información financiera y comercial.
