**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven 6 - 8 years experience in backend development.
Strong understanding of backend architectures and design patterns.
**Essential Skills**:
Proficiency in backend programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js, Go).
**Enhanced JavaScript**: Strong understanding of Node.js and related backend JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Express.js, Nest.js).
Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL).
Knowledge of API design and development (REST, GraphQL).
Understanding of microservices architecture.
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP).
