With our products we've consolidated hundreds of payment solutions in a single integration, harness an intuitive payment orchestration method and centralize payment reconciliation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor daily transactions across different payment gateways, identifying errors or irregularities.
- Detect and analyze payment-related issues, such as rejections or potential fraud.
- Propose continuous improvements based on payment metrics analysis, sharing key information for strategic decision-making.
- Communicate findings and solutions to both internal teams and external clients and vendors, facilitating quick resolution of anomalies.
- Support the implementation of new payment methods and expansion into new markets in LATAM.

**Qualifications**:

- Advanced analytical skills: Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Effective communication skills: To interact with internal and external teams (clients, vendors), translating technical findings into understandable solutions.
- Sense of urgency: Ability to act quickly in response to critical issues, minimizing operational impacts.
- Minimum experience: 1 year in a similar role in a startup, fintech, or tech company.
- Basic knowledge of payment gateways and methods in Latin America.
- Independence to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**Desirable**:

- Collaboration with development and product teams: to enhance user experience in payment processes.
- Knowledge of SQL: to perform basic queries in databases.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools: to ensure the proper functioning of payment systems.
- Experience in fraud prevention and risk management.
