What We’re Looking For:_**

Instructional Designer (AROC)
- Design and develop interactive eLearning modules using **Articulate 360** (Storyline and Rise) that align with instructional goals, adult learning principles, and organizational standards.
- Produce high-quality instructional videos and screen recordings using **Camtasia**, incorporating voiceovers, annotations, and animations to enhance learner engagement and comprehension.
- Leverage **Synthesia** to create AI-generated video content, enabling scalable, multilingual training solutions with consistent messaging and visual appeal.
- Be open to incorporating other instructional design tools as determined by the team to create engaging interactive content.
- Follow approved design standards and observation rubric to ensure consistency across the team.
- Conduct quality assurance and usability testing to ensure all learning assets are accessible, technically sound, and optimized for delivery across learning management systems (LMS).
- Develop and implement assessments to measure the effectiveness of learning content.
