Inbound Sales Representative

We are searching for an Inbound Sales Representative who can tackle the demand from our products
**Responsibilities**:
- ** Inbound Call Handling**: Efficiently manage inbound sales calls, understanding customer needs and providing detailed information on R3TRACTs products and services.
- ** Proposal Preparation**: Assist in preparing accurate and persuasive sales proposals that meet the specific needs of each customer.
- ** CRM Management**: Utilize HubSpot to track and manage customer interactions, ensuring all communication is logged and information is up-to-date.
- ** Product Knowledge**: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of R3TRACTs product range to offer tailored solutions to customers.
- ** Sales Goals**: Meet and strive to exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- ** Customer Service Excellence**: Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
- ** Experience with HubSpot**: Proficient in using HubSpot CRM to manage customer relationships and sales processes.
- ** Sales Acumen**: Previous experience in an inbound sales or customer service role, preferably within a similar industry.
- ** Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey product value to customers.
- ** Problem-Solving**: Aptitude for understanding customer requirements and providing suitable solutions.
- ** Organizational Skills**: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a knack for handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- ** Educational Background**: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
