As a **Track & Trace Specialist **you will analyze, interpret data, and provide logistics information to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions.
**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:
- Track and trace loads and update their status in the system.
- Dispatch trucks for pick-ups and deliveries.
- Do follow-ups on carriers.
- Collect proof of delivery (POD) and relevant documentation and upload it into the system.
- Confirm pickup number, pallet count, seal or no seal, case count. Reefer loads always check for temperature.
**Requirements**:

- Stable, reliable and responsible.
**Minimum requirements**:
- **Experience**: At least 6 months of experience working in bilingual customer service, bilingual operations, back office or logistics.
- **Language**: Very good English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.
**Perks**:
- ** Schedule: Tuesday to Sunday from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.** We work by the American Calendar.**:
- **Contract**: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
- **Places**: Only for Medellín. This position will be on-site at WeWork Santa Fe.
- **Salary**: 2.500.000 COP. + night surcharges
