Job Title: Afterhours Track and Trace Analyst (weekends) ( This position is a part time, with an specific schedule)

Location: Medellin

**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Track and Trace Analyst to join our team in the logistics industry. This position will play a crucial role in monitoring and tracking the movement of shipments from origin to destination, ensuring timely delivery, and resolving any issues that may arise during transit.

Responsibilities : Monitor and track the movement of shipments using transportation management software and other tracking tools.
- Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the transportation process, including delays, rerouting, and damage to shipments.
- Communicate with carriers and customers to provide updates on the status of shipments and resolve any issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers, including timely responses to inquiries and proactive communication regarding shipment status.
- Collaborate with the operations team to develop and implement best practices for shipment tracking and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of shipment information, including tracking information and delivery confirmation.
- Proactively identify potential issues and take steps to prevent or mitigate them.
- Participate in regular meetings with management to review performance metrics and discuss strategies for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- English B2
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the logistics industry.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in transportation management software and other tracking tools. Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
