Renowned for its innovative approach to enhancing the performance and health of building systems, the company leverages cutting-edge IoT technology, data analytics, and real-time insights to revolutionize energy management, operational efficiency, and cost reduction in the commercial and industrial real estate sectors. **The Role***: You will play a critical role in driving Enertiv's marketing efforts by executing a diverse range of initiatives that elevate our brand, engage our audience, and support our sales goals. Success in this role requires a data-driven mindset, exceptional project management skills, and a deep understanding of B2B SaaS marketing, with the ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment. **Responsibilities**: - Manage the newsletter list and maintain audience segmentation. - Content Marketing: - Publish blogs and maintain consistent content updates on the website. - Manage LinkedIn content strategies for founder, head of sales and company - Maintain and execute a detailed content calendar. - Event Coordination: - Plan and coordinate webinars, including setup, invites, and follow-ups. - Assist with the logistics of physical and virtual events. - Design and Collateral Creation: - Oversee instructions, iterations and approvals of design projects via our outsourced designed team for decks, one-pagers, website updates, and more. - Advertising and Demand Generation: - Manage LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns, optimizing for performance. - Monitor and synthesize ABM (Account-Based Marketing) signals to support sales. - Website Management: - Perform updates to the company website and ensure content is accurate and in line with our most recent knowledge of our customers. - Publish innovation updates across the website, newsletters, and social channels. - Product Marketing: - Share product updates through Intercom and other relevant channels. - Ensure innovation updates are communicated effectively to all audiences. - Data and KPIs: - Record and analyze marketing performance metrics to inform decision-making and strategy. - Gifting and Engagement: - Coordinate gifting programs for prospects, customers, and key partners. **Qualifications and Attributes**: - Excellent written and verbal English proficiency, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely in a professional environment. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 5 or more years in marketing for B2B SaaS companies - Strong proficiency with marketing platforms such as Zoho, Webflow, Intercom, and analytics tools - Proven project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize various marketing initiatives - Exceptional attention to detail and a results-driven approach to tracking marketing KPIs and performance metrics - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product teams - Experience managing social media strategies, particularly LinkedIn, to drive brand awareness and engagement. - Flexibility and adaptability, thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment - Knowledge of digital advertising, particularly LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, and experience optimizing campaigns for performance is a plus - Knowledge or experience in the construction industry or PropTech is a plus **About the Company**: Odisea fue fundada bajo la creencia de que las empresas increíbles solo pueden ser construidas sobre la base de una cultura intencional cultivada por personas excelentes.
