OneIMS Group is on the lookout for a Marketing and Technical Project Manager who can bridge the gap between marketing initiatives and technical execution. This multifaceted role requires an individual who is not only adept at managing marketing projects but also possesses a strong technical background to oversee digital project deliverables. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and that they meet both marketing objectives and technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage marketing and technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry best practices
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, gathering requirements, setting expectations, and providing regular updates on project status
  • Work collaboratively with creative, technical, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive approach to project execution
  • Analyze project requirements, create detailed project plans, and allocate resources effectively to meet deadlines
  • Monitor and measure project performance against objectives and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and tools to enhance project outcomes
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to project updates, client communications, and deliverables
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to ensure that learnings are captured and applied to future initiatives

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project management within the marketing and technology sectors
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction
  • Strong technical background, with knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and marketing automation systems
  • Project management certification (PMP, Agile, etc.) is preferred
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and leverage insights to drive project success
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, HubSpot , Paid ads, Looker studio, AI Search, Clickup and content marketing best practices
  • Proficiency in using project management software and collaboration tools
  • Strong understanding of web development fundamentals, including DNS management, hosting configurations, and SSL implementation, to streamline technical handoffs
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Exceptional professional presence and business acumen, specifically tailored for communicating with B2B clients and decision-makers
