About Us

CPMT Laser is a North American manufacturer of advanced FDA-cleared aesthetic and medical laser equipment. We are expanding our presence in Latin America and seeking experienced sales professionals who can introduce our premium devices to clinics, med spas, dermatologists, and aesthetic centers across Colombia.

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated, independent, Sales Representative with experience in aesthetic or medical device sales.

This is a 100% remote, ideal for professionals who already work with clinics, dermatologists, aesthetic centers, or medical professionals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell CPMT Laser’s aesthetic medical devices (diode lasers, CO₂ fractional lasers, Alexandrite/Nd:YAG systems, EMS body sculpting devices, etc.)
- Prospect and contact new clients such as dermatologists, clinics, med spas, and estheticians
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Provide product information, digital brochures, and virtual presentations (Zoom meetings)
- Follow up with leads and guide prospects through the sales process
- Report weekly results and progress
- Collaborate with the marketing team to maximize lead conversion

**Requirements**:

- Experience in sales (preferably in aesthetics, dermatology, medical equipment, or beauty industry)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Professional presentation and ability to conduct Zoom calls
- Bilingual English-Spanish is a plus
- Computer and stable internet connection
