**Talent Acquisition Health Team Lead**
**Location: Medellin, Colombia (On Site).**
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

**Description**:
As the Talent Acquisition Team Leader in the Healthcare Sector, it's crucial that you have a strong recruitment background in this field. Your ability to identify and attract talent for various healthcare positions should be supported by a deep understanding of the specific needs and requirements of these roles.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering their growth and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and performance data to optimize strategies and achieve recruitment targets.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential closures and exceed monthly targets.
- Embrace a commission-driven mindset that fuels your ambition.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, administrative, or a related field.
- Minimum of (3) three years of experience in recruitment senior positions, including at least (2) years in a commission-based role, showcasing your deal-closing skills.

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Bilingual English and Spanish
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office suite and ATS systems.
