**Job Summary**: The Associate Project Manager, Integration serves as a key partner to within the Integration Management Office (IMO) supporting various projects and initiatives. The Associate Project Manager position will provide support of M&A due diligence, M&A integrations, and process improvement initiatives. This role is a high visibility role which will require close partnership and collaboration with many of Zimmer Biomet’s Global Business units, Functions, and Regions. The Associate Project Manager will be a key to facilitating a systematic process and seamless integration of Zimmer Biomet’s acquisitions.

**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**: - Support day-to-day execution of the overall integration process, including guiding cross-functional teams and assisting with weekly integration team meetings to ensure activity plans remain relevant and are being executed
- Gathers and compiles critical Integration Governance Data for reporting requirements - Prepare and conduct project status reports to update executive management regularly on progress, risks and issues
- Maintain and disseminate tools, templates and tracking mechanisms to efficiently manage the planning, organization, and coordination of integration activities Day-to-day oversight of integration work streams and the associated plans and deliverables
- Recommends new improvements procedures and processes
- Regularly implements process improvements for IMO
- Maintain tools within the integration project to track risks, issues and opportunities and define inter-functional dependencies within the integration process

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with all levels within the corporation and various business units
- Strong skills in change management, meeting facilitation and conflict resolution
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders Project Management Experience preferred

**Education/Experience Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience managing and successfully delivering projects OR
- Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience managing and successfully delivering projects

**Travel Requirements**: 10%
