**Resumen del Rol**

En AYP Consulting buscamos un **Consultor de Servicios Gestionados** que actúe como una extensión de los equipos de nómina y RRHH de nuestros clientes, asegurando operaciones precisas, eficientes y en cumplimiento dentro de sus plataformas HRIS.

**Responsabilidades Principales**
- Ser el punto de contacto principal para los clientes en todos los servicios gestionados.
- Ejecutar operaciones de nómina recurrentes de forma precisa y puntual.
- Auditar y reconciliar datos (salarios, impuestos, beneficios) antes de los plazos de envío.
- Optimizar procesos del cliente para mejorar eficiencia y cumplimiento.
- Resolver discrepancias en nómina, impuestos o configuración de empleados.
- Monitorear proactivamente cuentas para cambios fiscales y actualizaciones normativas.
- Documentar y mejorar flujos de trabajo para garantizar escalabilidad.
- Construir relaciones sólidas con clientes y empleados, anticipando necesidades.
- Contribuir a mejoras de procesos y automatización.
- Colaborar internamente para identificar oportunidades de mejora en sistemas y procesos.

**Perfil y Requisitos**
- +3 años de experiência en operaciones de nómina, servicios gestionados o consultoría en SaaS/HCM.
- Experiência con sistemas HRIS como Rippling, Workday, Gusto, UKG, ADP, Deel.
- Conocimiento sólido de principios de nómina, impuestos y beneficios (principalmente en EE.UU., pero también clientes globales).
- Capacidad para gestionar múltiples procesos y clientes con plazos ajustados.
- Excelentes habilidades analíticas, de resolución de problemas y comunicación.
- Dominio de Google Sheets o Excel para conciliaciones y seguimiento de datos.
- Experiência en entornos SaaS o servicios gestionados.
- Mentalidad colaborativa y enfoque en mejora continua.
