**About the Role**:We’re a digital marketing partner supporting automotive brands and dealerships, and we’re hiring a detail-oriented QA Specialist to support OEM compliance and content quality across websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns.

This role is critical to ensuring all digital assets meet strict OEM compliance standards, brand guidelines, and quality benchmarks. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to review, refine, and approve content before it goes live—helping protect client reputation, eligibility for co-op programs, and overall performance.

This position blends quality assurance, compliance expertise, editorial review, and process optimization in a fast-paced agency environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review landing pages, websites, and digital assets to ensure compliance with OEM standards and brand guidelines
- Evaluate completed pages for mobile responsiveness, layout consistency, and overall quality
- Proofread and edit copy for grammatical accuracy, clarity, and compliance alignment
- Review graphics, headlines, videos, and campaigns for potential compliance or brand issues
- Submit pages and creative assets to OEM compliance and co-op portals for pre-approval
- Collaborate with content, design, SEO, and account teams to maintain quality standards
- Identify recurring errors or compliance risks and report trends to improve processes
- Support and refine QA and compliance workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Ensure all approved content protects client eligibility for OEM programs and incentives

**Requirements**:

- 2-4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, content review, or compliance-focused roles
- Experience working in an automotive agency environment or directly with OEM standards
- Strong editorial and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while coordinating across distributed teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable reviewing high volumes of content while maintaining accuracy and consistency
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and similar tools
- Ability to adapt quickly to new platforms, tools, and compliance requirements

**Nice to Have**:

- Deep familiarity with OEM compliance standards and pre-approval processes
- Experience reviewing SEO and SEM content for OEM compliance
- Knowledge of OEM brand guidelines, including logos, fonts, colors, and voice
- Understanding of pricing, lease language, MAAP, and inventory compliance
- Previous experience working with automotive dealerships
- Process-oriented mindset with interest in improving workflows and reducing errors
