Concierge, Ultimate Jet Vacations
Do you have a passion for service and love to put a smile on people’s faces? Then you’re a great fit for our concierge position on our guest services team You’ll work on arranging the details for our clients after they've booked their trip. You will assist them with booking transportation, excursions, yachts, helicopter rides, etc., and ensure they have everything they need for an exceptional vacation.
**Responsibilities**:
- Service: Assist the Sales team with inaccurately and quickly in servicing client questions and arranging services for travelers (restaurant reservations, excursions, yachts, helicopters, etc.)
- Vendors: Manage vendor relationships with DMCs, excursion companies, transfer companies, to generate revenue from services offered to our clients
- Team: Partner closely with our Sales team allowing them to free up time to dedicate to selling to their clients
- Quality check your books ensuring a smooth guest experience
- Become a destination fun expert
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills
- Written and verbal communication in English is a must
- 5+ years of hotel industry experience or related job preferred
- Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations
- Working knowledge of Google and reservation management systems
