Join us. **About the team**: At TikTok, our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team plays a key role in generating revenue by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, driving ad campaigns, and more. As the TikTok community grows at an unprecedented speed around the world, our GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that are changing the landscape of the advertising industry in real time. The Spanish Speaking South America team (3SA) covers the Panlatam business out of Miami, Argentina, Colombia, and 5 more countries in the region through our expansion partner IMS. **About the role**: The Client Solutions Manager (CSM) will report to the Client Solutions Lead as part of the sales team, working with the Peruvian market, based in Bogotá, Colombia. The Client Solutions Manager provide a consultative sales approach with support and expertise in meeting client objectives and providing best in class customer service to both internal and external clients. The CSM will be responsible for negotiating and optimizing complex opportunities and use data and analytics to build a consultative solution for our clients. They will establish and strengthen key client relationships with a focus on driving revenue, advertiser education & advertiser satisfaction. Success in this position requires a great focus on business strategy, client service, ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, and provide custom solutions for advertisers leveraging our unique suite of ad product solutions. **Responsibilities**: - Manage and grow post-sale client relationships in your book of business, work with a consultative approach and become an expert in your managed industries - Become an expert in TikTok solutions for businesses of all sizes and adapt recommendations quickly to suit varying client business goals - Grow revenue, educate and lead upsell conversations with clients post initial sale - Spearhead client education on products and product updates to advise on the best approach to drive business outcomes for clients and agencies - Lead measurement strategies for clients, tracking metrics and finding insights to drive "test and learn" mindset in clients, working closely with Latam TikTok Measurement Team - Consult and coach clients and agencies to achieve greater results on TikTok solutions - Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve client issues **Qualifications**: **Minimum Qualifications**: - Must be willing to work in Bogota, Colombia - Experience in digital marketing and understanding of digital platforms ecosystem - Experience in account management / client services roles (external or internal) - Ability to analyze data and identify insights to optimize results - Track record of supporting revenue goals - Experience in performance advertising and managing significant, complex and scaling challenges - Proficient in Spanish and English with writing, communication and interpersonal skills (due to the business requirement in the region) **Preferred Qualifications**: - Understanding of media planning across platforms (online and offline) - Understanding of self-serve platforms across digital ecosystem - Experience with full funnel campaigns - Project Management skills - Experience in public speaking with different audiences - Excellent communication and presentation skills - A team player and collaborator - Previous work with the Peruvian market is a plus TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
