Our Graduate Program is designed to accelerate your growth in some of the most in-demand areas of tech today: Front-End Development, Back-End Development, Data Architecture, Data Science, Hyperautomation, Application Development, SAP FICO, and Cloud Engineering.

You’ll begin with an immersive learning experience focused on developing essential business, technical, and consulting skills. Throughout the 2-year program, you’ll benefit from mentorship, job rotations, and specialization opportunities that will help shape your future in tech.

After completing the program, you’ll be ready to take on a role in either our Delivery or Go-to-Market teams — depending on your skills, interests, and career goals.

As part of our Consult organization, you’ll work with high-profile clients and contribute to complex projects that make a real difference. Your role may vary depending on your area of focus, but responsibilities may include:

- Developing end-to-end technology solutions for real-world challenges

**Responsibilities**:
We are looking for recent or soon-to-be graduates who are passionate about technology and eager to build a career in a global IT services company. To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate interest in some of our key focus areas, such as:

- Data science and artificial intelligence
- Cybersecurity
- Cloud infrastructure and services
- Technology consulting
- Automation and digital transformation

**Requirements**:

- Development of APIs and microservices
- Understanding of data flows, ETL processes, and database management (both relational and non-relational)
- Programming experience in languages such as Python or Java (a plus)
- Interest or experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of automation concepts, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Analytical mindset and interest in learning about finance through tools like SAP, especially in the Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and deliver user-centered solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and adaptability in dynamic environments
- Intermediate or higher level of English (preferred)
