Our Global Graduate Program (GGP) is an entry-level opportunity designed for recent college graduates with up to 3 years of work experience who wish to fast track their career within a global organization, and have the possibility, after 18 months of successful completion of our program, to work as a Junior Manager in our Marketing organization. Become a Global Graduate in Marketing
Global Graduates will work with tenured marketing professionals to contribute to the successful execution of strategic business plans and marketing programs. You will work as part of our accelerated management program in different marketing rotations. These rotations will allow you to develop and present strategic business analysis projects addressing real business opportunities and creating action plans/recommendations.
Marketing Functions which you may support during the program include Marketing Deployment, Trade Marketing, Revenue Growth Management, Insights & Foresights, among others.
In joining us, you’ll have the opportunity to work on iconic brands and revolutionary products by collaborating with visionary, principled and passionate people every day.
- Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the development of commercial strategies and delivering on marketing objectives.
- Develop and present a strategic business analysis project addressing real business opportunities and creating action plans against those opportunities.
- Identifying and driving continuous improvement across key marketing processes.
- Completes personal development and training sessions in accelerated management program.
- Effectively and appropriately uses independent judgment in making business and strategy recommendations.
- ¿What are we looking for?
- Valid driver´s license (minimum of 3 years).
- Bachelor´s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
- Recent graduates (graduation from December 2021 to December 2024).
- Between 1 to 3 years of proven professional experience in Marketing or a related field
- Fluent in English (advanced proficiency in oral & writing).
- Efficient use of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams).
- Open to relocate globally - global mobility.
- Strong analytical skills, business sense and a strategic mentality.
- Are curious, ambitious, innovative, take initiatives, passionate about challenges and communicate clearly.
- Have leadership skills demonstrated through either relevant professional experience or extra-curricular activities within prestigious companies, NGOs, student associations, etc.
